*Notice -I drew all of the pixels, no graphics belonging to any company were used!-
(said because art was previously deleted by DA mistaken for real game screenshots)
Megaman character copyright of Capcom co.. yada yada.

Done in NES style and color limits.

Just wanted to post something, had enough of my custom graphics complete to make this animation.
Tried just using GIF but the speed was too unstable, so I loaded the GIF in flash, set the fps to 60 and clicked publish, was that simple to make it a flash. o.o

Took some time to get the scrolling timed right though.

Anyway, someday I hope to have time to finish making this fangame.

What program did you use for the animation? It seems so... smooth!

you know, the cut-scene music for punch out would be perfect for this...

I would've put some game music in, but then DA would probably delete it and give one of those famous contemptuous threats. :(

Maybe this could do with more parallax layers in an actual game, but for an animated .gif this is very nice X3

Though that scrolling can be done on the nes, that BG chop and slide trick, and the light poles would be objects, it was done in some games, MM2, MM3, Ninja Gaiden3, etc.
Had to use gamemaker to time my graphics scrolling and character animation speed and take 256 screenshots, then load, sort, and resize to gif frames, then after a lot of fustration trying to get the gifs to run at 60fps I tried loading into flash and set it to 60fps, finally worked right.
